Strategy Circle
The Technology Campus seeks to create value across four basic strategic themes: Educational Excellence, Student Empowerment, Curriculum Innovation, and Community Involvment.
Our stratagy circle comprises five perspectives: student, stakeholders, financial, operations, and leadership.
Departing from the traditional strategy map, the Technology Campus instead chose to depict its strategic objectives with an circle graphic that shows the school's themes, core values, vision, and at its center the school's mission, "Maximize Student Achievement" surrounds everything. Although it does not illustrate the interrelationships among these dimesions, the graphic is designed to resonate with the administrative team and students alike.
